Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Rules

The bookmaker accepts bets on sports and other international events. Bets are accepted and winnings are paid only after the customer provides a valid identity document (such as a passport).
Only persons aged 18 or older may place bets, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Bets placed in violation of these rules may be canceled. The bookmaker is not responsible if such violations are discovered after the bet is placed.
Each customer may have only one account on the MelBet website. Multiple accounts are not allowed. The security service may block such accounts for up to two months and recalculate all winnings. Registration is allowed for only one IP address, one household, one email, and one payment method.
Betting conditions such as odds, limits, and totals may change at any time. However, the conditions for bets already placed will not change. Customers should check current betting rules before placing a bet.
The bookmaker may refuse to accept any bet without giving a reason.
If there is an error (for example, wrong odds or a technical mistake), the bookmaker may cancel the bet. In this case, the bet will be settled with odds of 1.00.
If there is suspicion of match fixing, the company may suspend betting on the event. If fixing is confirmed, all bets on the event may be canceled and settled at odds of 1.00. The company does not have to share investigation details.
If the odds contain a clear mistake, bets will be settled using the correct odds for the final result.
If a bet is settled incorrectly, it will be recalculated. Bets placed before the correction remain valid. If the balance becomes negative after recalculation, the customer must deposit funds before placing new bets.
If the result of an event was already known when the bet was placed, the bet will be settled at odds of 1.00.
If more than one participant is declared the winner, the stake is divided equally. If there are two winners, the stake is split in half. If there are three or more winners, bets are settled at odds of 1.00. This rule does not apply to “To Be Higher” bets.
Changes to these Terms apply only to bets placed after the changes are published.
Customers must keep their login details safe. All bets placed through the website or betting shops are considered valid. Bets can be canceled only under these Terms and Conditions.
Connection problems on the customer’s side are not a reason to cancel a bet if it was successfully registered.
Placing a bet means the customer has read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Only results published by the bookmaker are used to settle bets. Claims about results must include official documents from sports authorities. Results from other bookmakers are not accepted.
Customers must check their winnings after payout. Any complaints must be submitted within 10 days. Complaints about Esports Live bets must be submitted within 72 hours after the event ends.
If the customer commits fraud (for example, using multiple accounts, betting software, or abusing bonuses), the bookmaker may cancel bets, close the account, return deposited funds, and report the case to authorities.
The security service may verify the customer’s identity by video call and request documents.
The bookmaker may close an account and cancel bets if the customer had inside information, influenced the event, worked with other bettors to avoid limits, used multiple accounts, or used unfair methods.
Funds may be returned only after an investigation is completed, excluding any money gained unfairly. The company may refuse to refund payment system fees.
If there are doubts about the customer’s identity or provided information, the bookmaker may request additional documents and suspend payments. Verification may take up to 72 hours. If false information is confirmed, the account may be blocked and further investigation may continue.
The bookmaker is not responsible for translation errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect event descriptions. This information is for reference only and is not a reason for a refund.
The company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on the website.
MelBet is not responsible for any losses caused by using or being unable to use the website, including technical issues or delays.
The account holder is responsible for all actions made using their account, even if a third party had access.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
Some countries restrict or prohibit online gambling. Customers are responsible for checking whether gambling is legal in their country.
The bookmaker is not responsible for false information provided by the customer regarding legal compliance.
